  1. In OracleAS Portal, click the Build tab to bring it forward.
  2. On the resulting Portal Builder page, go to the Page Groups portlet.
  3. In the Page Group field, enter the name of the page group that will host (parent) this page.
  4. Click the Create a Page link.
  5. Make your changes to Create Page (including selecting a URL page type), and click Next. Create Page: Specify URL will display.
