Use this page to enter the start value for the sequence, and a value that will be used to increment the sequence.

Field Description
Increment By

Enter a number that will be used to increment the sequence.

A positive number increases the sequence by the value of the number. A negative number decreases the sequence by the value of the number.
Start With Enter a starting number for the sequence. The Start With value must be greater than the Min Value.

  1. On the Portal Builder page, click the Navigator link.
  2. Click the Database Objects tab.
  3. In the Name column, scroll down to the schema in which you want to build the object.
  4. Click the schema's name.
  5. Click Create New...Sequence.
  6. Complete each wizard page until you reach this page.
